Spoor 62 B&B / Moere / Belgium

Some places stay with you a little longer than others. Spoor 62 B&B is such a place. It was such a pleasure staying here for so many reasons. The main one was the amazing hospitality of the host and owner Irma (and her cute puppy Zoe). Irma did everything she possibly could to make sure you would have a good stay at her B&B.

Spoor 62 is located in the Belgian countryside, not far from the coast. It is situated in an old train station. The train tracks have long been removed and is now a hiking- and biking path that you can continue all the way to the Oostend.

There are only two rooms so you better book well in advance to secure your stay.

Irma has designed the place herself and it shows that this has been created by someone who cares. Everything in the B&B has been carefully selected and the result feels both homey and stylish. Basically a really unique B&B that I dare promise you. will want to return to, again and again.

Welcome to Spoor 62 B&B!

This modern extension to the old train station is where the two rooms are situated.

Two things in this picture I really like. A open fire and walls that are color blocked.

This is Zoë, Irma’s cute little dog who came to hang with med and M in the lounge.

At the back of the B&B there is a large garden that gives you access to the old train track that is converted into a hiking path.

RG inside info

This place is perfect if you…

…want to escape reality for a while and want to be looked after by someone who will go above and beyond to make sure you are having a good, relaxing time.

My favorite thing about this place…

…is the breakfast! It is to die for. And Zoe (the dog), who popped in to lay by our feet by the open fire while we where sitting in the sofa reading and having a glass of red.

What not to miss when staying here…

…Belgium is a small country so there are many interesting places within reach from the B&B. Many people like the city of Bruge but I want to recommend Ghent which is a really great place for shopping and eating. Two of my favorite activities.
